2019 me: It’s times like these when I’m thankful that I was able to finish chapter 2, so then we can look at this and laugh. Personally, I think I really got the motivation to get this ball rolling as far as it has now due to this post. It was an attempt to connect with all of you and let you know that the Engirls will live on. And guess what? They will. Hang tight. Chapter 3 is on it’s way, and you’re going to love it. Also, hooray for being able to read this in conjunction with Chapter 2, with was released at least 4 months after this post.

Hey Engirls fans, I’m sorry I haven’t updated in so long, life kind of caught up with me. I’ve always had a hard time in the spring due to me having seasonal depression that always lands square in March and April. It’s made things really difficult for me in the past, and this year it wasn’t any different.

While I didn’t lash out at any of my friends like in previous years, I’ve found it almost impossible to find inspiration to draw or write anything. Anything that I’ve spent time on has ground to a halt, and unfortunately, the Engirls was one of the first things to go. I haven’t been able to recollect myself that much, but I have drawn a little bit of fanart here and there, mostly for The Loud House, my current fandom.

I’m not done with the Engirls yet. Far from it. But I’m still trying to figure out how to get myself to produce better quality work more often.

Anyway, enjoy what I presume is The Engirls’ first christian rock EP, modeling the sounds Owl City put through a heavy bandpass filter fed back into a offbeat flanger.
